Job Description

Business Development

: Identify and prospect new clients across industries such as manufacturing, food & beverage, hospitality, retail, pharma, and institutional sectors.

Client Engagement

: Build and sustain relationships with architects, contractors, facility managers, and decision-makers.

Product Demonstrations & Technical Support

: Clearly communicate product benefits--fast curing, hygienic, seamless, safe, and durable--and conduct technical discussions to align with client needs.

Sales Execution

: Prepare persuasive proposals, negotiate agreements, and close deals to achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly/annual targets.

Market Intelligence

: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to inform strategy.

Post-Sale Service

: Ensure smooth handover and client satisfaction by coordinating with technical/application teams for project execution and follow-up.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
