-- important component in the structural backbone of buildings, bridges, and infrastructure projects. We serve construction companies by offering tested, certified, cost-saving couplers and enabling them to take control of their rebar threading operations.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for visiting active construction sites, introducing Tukasa products to purchase managers, site engineers, and contractors, and collecting qualified leads for follow-up by senior sales staff.
Key Responsibilities
Visit 4-6 construction sites, builders and contractors each day
Promote Tukasa rebar couplers and threading solution and generate qualified leads.
Develop and maintain relationships with purchase managers, site engineers, and contractors.
Collect contact details, project information, and interest level
Share daily reports via WhatsApp/CRM
Support senior sales managers in closing bulk deals.
Track client feedback, competitor activity, and submit timely reports.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 2 years experience in B2B sales of construction products/equipment (e.g., cement, TMT, admixtures, tools, machinery).
Graduate / Diploma (Engineering, Business, or related fields preferred).
Strong communication and field relationship skills.
Comfortable with daily site travel and target-based sales.
Self-motivated, energetic, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
