Act as the point of contact for major accounts and resolve escalations.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Provide insights to improve product positioning and pricing strategies.
Suggest new products or services to increase market share.
Track, analyze, and report sales performance using CRM tools and KPIs.
Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and sales processes.
Optimize sales funnel and improve conversion rates.
Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales goals.
Coordinate with operations and finance teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Provide feedback to product development for continuous improvement.
