Job Description

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. Forecast sales performance and prepare periodic sales reports for management. Identify new markets, customer segments, and sales opportunities. Recruit, train, and mentor sales executives/representatives. Set clear sales goals, assign targets, and monitor performance. Motivate and guide the team to achieve individual and collective objectives. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals with key clients. Act as the point of contact for major accounts and resolve escalations. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Provide insights to improve product positioning and pricing strategies. Suggest new products or services to increase market share. Track, analyze, and report sales performance using CRM tools and KPIs. Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and sales processes. Optimize sales funnel and improve conversion rates. Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales goals. Coordinate with operations and finance teams to ensure smooth order execution. Provide feedback to product development for continuous improvement. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Expand business by tapping into new regions or verticals
