We are looking for an energetic and dedicated

Male candidate

to join our manufacturing department. The role requires close coordination with

international customers

as well as internal teams to ensure smooth operations, timely deliveries, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Order & Customer Coordination

Handle purchase orders for components and molds (new & modifications). Verify POs against agreed MOUs, release work orders, and acknowledge delivery dates. Regular follow-ups with customers regarding schedules, quotations, NDAs, and MOUs. Communicate T0/T1 schedules and delivery commitments.

2. Billing & Dispatch

Generate invoices, packing lists, e-way bills, and export shipping documents. Arrange transportation and logistics for domestic & export shipments. Ensure dispatches are completed only with proper billing and documentation.

3. Files & Trackers

Maintain mold trackers, production files, outgoing files, dispatch schedules, and customer schedules. Update and circulate monitoring sheets regularly. Maintain enquiry registers and ISO documentation (customer satisfaction reports).

4. Coordination (Internal & External)

External: Handle all customer inquiries, delivery timelines, and email communications. Internal: Coordinate with production, dispatch, maintenance, design, tool room, and management teams to meet customer requirements.

Candidate Requirements:

Male candidate, willing to work in a

Manufacturing environment

. Good communication skills (written & verbal) - must be able to handle

international clients

. Positive attitude, energetic, and proactive. Ability to adapt to work culture and handle multiple responsibilities. Strong follow-up and coordination skills. Proficiency in MS Excel/Word; knowledge of ERP/ISO documentation is a plus.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
