What we Need:
The ideal candidate (
up to 2 years' experience
) will have a strong track record in sales and exceptional customer relationship skills. This role involves engaging with customers plying their 3W passenger vehicles (autos), understanding their needs, and guiding them through the sales process to ensure a positive experience.
Key responsibilities
Drive volume and market share of the product through channel partners in the assigned territory
Work closely with the dealership and OEM sales partners
Develop a secondary channel of sub-dealerships, new aggregators in the area, for better reach and incremental volumes
Liasoning with the transport authority of the area for issuing new /replacement permits for L5 EV Passenger vehicles in the area
Generate &monitor sales pipeline in the specific micro markets, applications through various sources
Planning and execution of ATL/BTL activities independently/ in coordination with the dealership team and owning the adherence and output through the engagements with tempo unions, presidents, and drivers
Create understanding and awareness of the company's product in the Channel network and market.
Visit the market for a survey and collect data to formulate a sales strategy
Demonstrate the product features and benefits, and assist customers in providing information on a range of products and schemes, ie. Battery and Charging infra
Understand the needs of the customer and offer an appropriate solution, ensuring seamless customer onboarding during pre- and post-sales transactions.
Focus on Value selling and establishing product operating economics (Opeco)/BRT to take mind share of customers, thus increasing the conversion ratio
Regular follow-up with prospective and existing customers, Tempo unions, and drivers to build lasting relationships and encourage repeat and referral business
Detailed and validated information of industry, competitor products, new launches, price, schemes and promotional activities, and provide feedback to management
Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques
