Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Sales Executive
to join our growing real estate team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting prospects into clients, and closing real estate deals. You will be the face of our organization, representing our properties and services to prospective buyers and investors.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, meetings, site visits, and walk-ins
Understand customer requirements and provide property options that meet their needs.
Conduct property tours and presentations to clients
Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
Negotiate and close property deals
Stay up to date with real estate market trends, competitors, and project developments
Work closely with marketing and CRM teams to follow up on inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Attend client meetings, exhibitions, and promotional events as required
Requirements:
Proven track record in real estate or any field sales (real estate experience preferred)
Freshers who have hunger to earn and win may also apply
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and target-driven
Strong knowledge of the Bangalore real estate market is a plus
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, based on client availability
Proficiency in English and at least one regional language.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, BBA, B.Com, B.Tech
Own two-wheeler and valid driving license (Mandatory)
