About the Role



We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Interior Sales Executive

to join our team. The role involves building strong client relationships, understanding their interior design requirements, and offering tailored solutions. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and achieving sales targets while ensuring a premium customer experience.

Key Responsibilities



Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and site visits. Meet potential clients (homeowners, builders, architects, corporates) and understand their interior requirements. Present interior design concepts, materials, and product offerings to clients effectively. Prepare and deliver accurate quotations, proposals, and presentations. Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently follow up on leads to ensure closures. Collaborate with the design and project team to deliver customized solutions that meet client needs. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management. Build and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field (preferred). Proven experience (1-3 years) in sales, preferably in interior design, real estate, or luxury lifestyle products. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to understand client needs and translate them into design and product offerings. Target-driven, self-motivated, and passionate about sales. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
