Job Description

We're seeking an energetic and self-motivated admin to spearhead daily client outreach and fully own the lead-to-client conversion process. If you excel at research, client communication, and closing deals through consistency and persistence, this role is for you.

You'll earn a solid base, plus commission for every converted client, with clear performance goals to maximize your earnings.



Key Responsibilities:



Conduct

100 client meetings per month

, proactively reaching out and scheduling discussions. Independently

research and identify prospects

, bring them to the table, and convert them into clients. Own the

entire sales funnel

--from lead generation to close--with minimal oversight. Participate in

daily team meetings

to align on strategy, progress, and goals.

Compensation & Incentives:



Base Pay:

?3,500 per month.

Performance Trigger:

If the goal of 100 meetings isn't met, base pay is adjusted to ?1,500 per month.

Commission:

1.5% of the revenue from

every client you successfully convert

Your Ideal Profile:



Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Proven experience in research, outreach, and lead generation. Comfortable with performance-based pay--motivated by both base salary and commission. Self-driven, organized, and accountable--ready to meet ambitious targets.
