Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business leads through networking, cold calling, social media, and industry events.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Understand client needs and present suitable solutions, products, or services.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations.
Negotiate contracts and close business deals to achieve sales targets.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align strategies and ensure client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities in CRM tools.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or related role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
