Job Summary:

The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and nurturing long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:



Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients. Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions. Handle client queries and resolve issues promptly. Build strong, trust-based relationships to promote client retention. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling izero247 services. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services. Achieve and surpass assigned client engagement and revenue targets.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in client relationship management or account management. Strong communication skills in Kannada and English. Customer-focused approach with excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently.

Pay: ?15,624.96 - ?30,979.09 per month
