Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential customers from our database. Introduce and promote steel & sanitary products to dealers, plumbers, retailers, and construction professionals. Share product details, offers, and pricing over call and WhatsApp. Schedule follow-ups and coordinate with the field sales team. Maintain records of daily calls, responses, and lead status in Excel/Google Sheets. Meet weekly targets for calls and lead conversions.

Requirements:



Strong verbal communication in Kannada, Hindi, English and other regional language is a plus. Basic knowledge of building materials, plumbing, or sanitaryware preferred. Confident, polite, and persuasive phone manner. Basic Excel or Google Sheet skills. Comfortable using WhatsApp and phone calling tools. Prior calling or sales experience preferred, but not mandatory.

Work Schedule:



Monday to Saturday 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,033.29 - ₹25,734.24 per month
