Key Responsibilities
Identify potential customers and generate new business leads.
Visit clients/customers as required to pitch products and close sales.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales, collections, and customer interactions.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order fulfillment and customer service.
Stay up to date with product knowledge and market trends.
Participate in promotional activities, trade shows, or field visits as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in sales or business development.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in MS Office or sales tracking software (CRM tools is a plus).
Willingness to travel as per job requirement.
