We are looking for a high-performing Sales Executive to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maximizing sales, crafting sales plans, and justifying those plans to the management team.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, and current expertise.
Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competition.
Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services.
Negotiate/close deals and handle objections or complaints.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize the sales effort.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software.
Participate in industry or promotional events (e.g., trade shows) to cultivate client relationships.

Pay: ₹35,035.27 - ₹45,729.68 per month
