Responsibilities

Manage of real estate sales Set sales targets and develop sales strategies Monitor performance and provide coaching and training to sales agents Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and ethical standards Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities Prepare and analyze sales reports and forecasts
Qualifications

Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Manager or similar role Strong leadership and management skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and trends Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite
