Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Client Engagement Executive to connect with potential customers, explain our real estate projects, and schedule site visits for the sales team. The role involves making outbound calls, handling inbound queries, and ensuring excellent first-level customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential clients and brief them about current and upcoming real estate projects Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate project information Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested clients with the sales team Maintain follow-up with leads and ensure a smooth pre-sales process Update and manage the CRM/database with customer information and interaction history Handle inbound queries via phone, email, or social media professionally Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to convert leads into prospects Provide daily and weekly reports to the team lead or manager

Requirements:



Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in tele calling or customer service (real estate preferred) Fresher can also apply Excellent communication skills in English and regional languages Good persuasive and interpersonal skills Ability to handle multiple calls and follow-ups efficiently
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
