Key Responsibilities:



Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly targets Drive business through client meetings, site visits, and strategic tie-ups Guide customers throughout the property buying journey--from inquiry to closure Monitor sales pipeline, team performance, and CRM updates Identify new business opportunities and contribute to regional growth strategies Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and developers
