Key Responsibilities:
? Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom with professionalism and warmth
? Explain product details, finishes, pricing, and applications for various granite products
? Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media channels
? Follow up with leads and prospects, and maintain an active pipeline of potential customers
? Build strong relationships with contractors, architects, interior designers, and individual buyers
? Support showroom promotions, campaigns, and marketing activities
? Maintain stock levels, and display arrangements
? Assist with basic data entry, CRM updates, and sales reporting
? Be flexible to assist remotely (on-call) when required
Requirements:
? Passion for sales, marketing, and customer service
? Good communication skills in
English, Kannada, and Hindi
(preferred)
? Willingness to learn about granite products and market trends
? Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Google tools)
? Positive attitude, proactive approach, and a team player
