Role Overview:
We are hiring an energetic and self-motivated Sales Executive with a proven track record in agro product sales with at least 3 years of experience. The Ideal candidate will be responsible for our market reach, driving sales, and building lasting relationships with dealers, and agri-distributors in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
1.
Identify and acquire new dealers, retailers and institutional buyers and plan the filed visits accordingly.
2.
Promote and sell the company's agro products (processed agri goods).
3.
Maintain Sales records, dealer wise sales tracking and field visit reports.
4.
Ensure timely supply of products to dealers/distributors.
5.
Submit weekly sales performance reports to the supervisor.
What we need:
Must have 3 years of experience only in food processing industry (oil, wheat, bakery, pulses, rice, fast moving goods).
Knowledge on acquiring dealers, retailers, manufacturing sectors with in B2B industry is highly required.
Excellent field sales and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Willingness to travel in the assigned region.
Basic knowledge on MS Excel and reporting tools.
What we Offer:
The salary range is in between
20k to 50k
per month, depends on the experience and the interview performance.
Travel Allowance will be as per company guidelines.
