We are looking for someone who can confidently drive the entire sales process -- from identifying the right leads to closing meaningful, high-value deals.
This role isn't about support; it is about ownership. You will lead conversations, build relationships, and take full charge of bringing in the right kind of work.
You will be responsible for:
Sourcing your own leads
Initiating outreach
Owning discovery and proposal conversations
Converting the lead into revenue
You will work closely with the founder and creative team post-sale, but
you close the sale

Responsibilities
Research and generate outbound leads via Instagram, LinkedIn, referrals, and directories
Qualify prospects based on budget, need, and decision-making power
Write and send outreach messages (DMs, emails, intros)
Conduct discovery calls and sales pitches with founders and marketers
Share proposals using existing templates and customise as needed
Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure smooth handover to the delivery team
Maintain a clean pipeline and weekly reporting
Work toward and beat monthly revenue targets
You are right for this if:
You have 1-2 years of sales experience in an agency, design, or creative business
You understand how to sell services, not just products
You are self-driven, persuasive, and love a good challenge
You can write clean, smart sales messages and hold confident calls
You prefer ownership over micromanagement
You thrive in a boutique, founder-led environment where you can grow fast
Compensation
?3.5L fixed per year (?20K/month during probation)
Revenue-based incentives for
actual closures only
No cap on commissions -- the more you close, the more you earn
