About the Profile
We're hiring a
Wellness Experience Advisor
(also referred to as
Sales Ambassador - Luxury Wellness
) for our outlet in a top Bangalore mall. This is a high-impact, brand-forward sales role ideal for someone who can sell like a pro, host like a luxury concierge, and represent the elegance of a fast-scaling brand. Your key focus will be to drive premium massage chair sales to HNIs, professionals, and families, while also encouraging walk-ins to try paid massage sessions. You'll handle both outlet footfall and high-intent leads generated by our team, working toward demos and offline conversions. High performers will enjoy industry-best incentives, sharp professional grooming, and fast-track career growth within the brand.

Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary sales driver engaging, informing, and converting prospective buyers.
Encourage mall visitors to experience paid massage sessions and build interest in product ownership.
Conduct effective live demonstrations of massage chairs with confidence and warmth.
Follow up diligently with qualified leads shared by the brand to convert them into demos and closed sales.
Maintain a high standard of grooming, communication, and brand representation at all times.
Oversee outlet readiness and hygiene, ensuring every visitor has a seamless, premium experience.
Submit daily reports on lead generation, conversions, and customer feedback.
Minimum Benchmarks to Qualify
3-4 years of experience in premium retail, auto, real estate, or luxury sales.
Proven sales track record with verifiable results.
Strong spoken English, Hindi (Kannada optional) and confidence with premium clients.
Well-groomed and presentable, with a luxury brand attitude.
Self-driven and responsible, with an ownership mindset.
