Design Thoughts Architects is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and building strong client relationships in the architecture and design industry.

Qualifications:



? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, or related field. ? Internship experience in sales or customer service is advantageous.

? Eagerness to learn and grow in a sales role.

? Strong communication and presentation skills.

Skills required:



? The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills to effectively convey product offerings and negotiate terms with clients.

? Strong interpersonal skills are necessary for building and maintaining relationships with clients.

? Ability to work both independently and as part of a team are crucial for success in this role.

Responsibilities



? Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation.

? Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.

? Present product offerings and services to potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

? Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements with clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

? Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional materials.

? Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

? Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management team.

? Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.

Experienced Required :



? Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the architecture or design industry or construction industry.

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

? Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals effectively.

? Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

? Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

? Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month

Schedule:

Day shift Monday to Friday Weekend availability
