? Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities
? Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation.
? Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
? Present product offerings and services to potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
? Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements with clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
? Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional materials.
? Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
? Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management team.
? Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
Experienced Required :
? Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the architecture or design industry or construction industry.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
? Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals effectively.
? Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
? Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
? Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
