Sales Executive - HR Tech SaaS (B2B) Bengaluru | Base + uncapped commission | PyjamaHR Shape how companies hire and grow At PyjamaHR we're re-imagining the HR stack so businesses can hire, onboard and nurture talent effortlessly. Our sales team turns that vision into reality for hundreds of companies every year--and you'll be right at the centre of it. What you'll do Own a revenue target : build and execute quarterly sales plans that hit--or beat--goal. Create pipeline : prospect via outbound, events and partner channels to add ? 30 qualified opportunities per month. Educate demo : run crisp, consultative product walk-throughs that convert 40 % of demos to next steps. Close deals : negotiate pricing, procurement and legal to turn prospects into long-term customers. Delight customers : stay close post-sale, ensuring 90 day adoption and identifying expansion plays. Feed the loop : relay market insights to product marketing so we ship what customers really want. Represent PyjamaHR at HR tech events and online communities; build personal brand as a trusted advisor. You'll thrive here if you have Must-have 1 + years hitting or beating quota in SaaS or B2B tech sales (feel free to brag--numbers win!)
