We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in Jorhat.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and sales opportunities.
Present and promote real estate properties to clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their requirements.
Coordinate and execute property site visits with prospective buyers.Negotiate and close sales deals efficiently.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Requirements:Proven experience in sales, has to be in the real estate sector. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be located in Jorhat or willing to relocate for the role.
Proficiency in local languages (Assamese & Hindi) and familiarity with the Jorhat real estate market is an advantage.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
