Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and confident

Sales Executive & Event coordinator

to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to interact with customers, understand their event needs, present our services, and convert leads into confirmed bookings. You will also maintain strong follow-up and relationship building with potential and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities



Pitch company services and present packages to customers in a professional way. Handle client inquiries and provide pricing range based on event requirements. Maintain strong follow-up with leads until closure. Coordinate with the event execution team for smooth project delivery. Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth. Attend client meetings with our team and finalize event details (on-site/venue meetings only when required).

Required Skills & Qualifications



Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred) Strong communication & negotiation skills Basic knowledge of event industry (preferred but not mandatory) Ability to handle client interactions professionally Self-motivated, target-driven personality Knowledge of WhatsApp Business MS office and Canva (Canva optional)
