Job Description

Generate awareness among households about the

PM Surya Ghar Scheme

, its subsidies, and benefits. Identify and engage potential customers through field visits, awareness camps, digital outreach, and referrals. Guide customers in understanding financial savings, subsidy eligibility, and loan options. Manage the complete sales process - from prospecting to negotiation and final closure. Ensure smooth documentation, subsidy application, and coordination with installation teams. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships while encouraging referrals. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and exceed

monthly and quarterly targets

. Maintain accurate records in CRM/software and submit daily/weekly reports. Stay updated with solar industry developments, competitor activities, and government policies. Contribute to the national mission of renewable energy adoption under the PM Surya Ghar program.

Incentives & Rewards

Monthly team bonus applicable only when the team collectively meets or exceeds the set target. Bonus on every successful installation (slab-based on kW capacity). Performance bonuses for top performers and fast conversions.

Other Requirements:

Good communication & interpersonal skills Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Email, WhatsApp) Willingness to travel for field visits & customer engagement

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
