Job Description

Greet customers warmly and provide an exceptional in-store experience. Assist customers in selecting jewelry based on their needs, preferences, and budget. Develop in-depth product knowledge to effectively present features, benefits, and value of various jewelry items (e.g. gold, diamonds, gemstones). Achieve or exceed individual and store sales targets. Keep up to date with product knowledge, pricing, promotions, and trends. Follow all security procedures and guidelines to prevent theft or damage. Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure post-sale customer satisfaction. Participate in stocktaking, replenishment, and daily opening/closing duties.
