Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle customer interactions and ensure excellent customer service
Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
Promote products through in-store and field marketing activities
Manage daily store/branch operations (for Manager role)
Support inventory handling, billing, and merchandising
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
Prepare basic sales and performance reports
Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns
