We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused

Sales Executive

to join our jewellery showroom. The candidate should have prior experience in jewellery retail, strong product knowledge, and the ability to convert walk-in customers into satisfied buyers.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and understand their jewellery requirements Showcase gold, diamond, and silver jewellery with complete product knowledge Explain designs, purity, making charges, and certification clearly Achieve individual and store sales targets Build long-term customer relationships and ensure repeat business Handle billing, exchange, and buy-back procedures accurately Maintain showroom cleanliness and proper display of jewellery Follow company policies and sales processes strictly Support stock handling and coordination with backend teams

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Prior experience in a jewellery showroom is mandatory Good communication and convincing skills Knowledge of gold, diamond, and jewellery sales process Presentable personality with customer-friendly approach Ability to work in a target-based retail environment

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Experience in jewellery brands/showrooms Local language proficiency preferred Immediate joiners will be given preference

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
