Customer Engagement:
Warmly greeting customers, understanding their needs (occasion, style, budget) and providing personalized recommendations.
Product Expertise:
Explaining features like metal purity, gemstone quality, certifications, and care instructions; keeping up with trends.
Sales & Transactions:
Assisting with trials/sizing, closing sales, processing payments, handling documentation, and potentially customization.
Store Presentation:
Maintaining clean, organized, and visually appealing displays to attract customers.
Relationship Building:
Cultivating loyalty for repeat business and referrals.
Key Duties
Sales Targets:
Working to achieve individual and store sales goals.
Inventory:
Assisting with stock control and security.
Problem Solving:
Addressing customer queries, complaints, and returns with empathy and solutions (exchanges, repairs, refunds).
Teamwork:
Collaborating with colleagues and management.
