Responsible for guiding customers through significant life purchases (engagements, anniversaries, etc.) by providing expert product knowledge and a high-end service experience. Your goal is to meet sales targets while building long-term relationships with a loyal clientele.
Key Responsibilities
Consultative Selling:
Engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and budget; provide personalized recommendations on metals, gemstones, and designs.
Product Expertise:
Stay updated on the latest trends, hallmarking's, and technical specifications (e.g., the 4Cs of diamonds) to educate customers and handle objections.
CRM & Client ling:
Maintain a database of client preferences and important dates (birthdays/anniversaries) to drive repeat business through personalized follow-ups.
After-Sales Service:
Manage requests for resizing, polishing, and repairs; handle returns or complaints with a professional and solution-oriented mindset.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in retail sales (Jewellery, Luxury Goods, or Premium Fashion experience preferred).
Knowledge:
Basic understanding of precious metals (Gold, Platinum, Silver) and gemstones (Diamonds, Rubies, etc.).
Communication:
Exceptional verbal communication skills with a persuasive yet graceful tone.
