Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in the showroom with warmth and professionalism.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.
Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
Ensure proper product display, cleanliness, and stock arrangement in showcases.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Provide accurate information about products, designs, purity, pricing, and offers.
Handle billing and payment processes as per company policy.
Maintain knowledge of current jewellery trends, collections, and promotions.
Assist in inventory management, stock checks, and reporting.
Handle customer complaints and resolve queries with a positive attitude.
Support the team in organizing in-store promotions and events.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-centric approach with persuasive selling ability.
Presentable, confident, and polite demeanor.
Basic knowledge of gold, diamond, and gemstone jewellery (training will be provided).
Ability to work in a team and under pressure to meet targets.
Qualification & Experience:
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
1-3 years of experience in retail sales (jewellery industry experience is an advantage).
Freshers with good communication and sales skills may also apply.
