Key Responsibilities:
Handle walk-in customers at the showroom and understand their vehicle requirements.
Provide detailed information about Hyundai models, features, variants, pricing, and finance options.
Conduct test drives and vehicle demonstrations.
Follow up with leads, enquiries, and prospects generated via calls, showroom walk-ins, and online platforms.
Achieve monthly sales targets set by the dealership.
Guide customers through the complete car buying process - booking, financing, insurance, and delivery.
Coordinate with internal departments (finance, accessories, service) to ensure smooth delivery.
Maintain proper documentation and reports of sales and follow-ups.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers for future business and referrals.
Stay updated on Hyundai product launches, features, and competitor offerings.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: Graduate (any stream)
2-5 years of experience in car sales (Hyundai or any automobile brand preferred)
Must have good knowledge of automobile market trends and customer handling
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Should be target-driven and self-motivated
Two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving license is mandatory
Basic knowledge of MS Office or DMS software preferred
Maintain proper documentation and reports of sales and follow-ups.
