Identify new customers: Find new business opportunities and customers. Prospect relentlessly to build pipeline and build strong personal relationships with prospects . Research clients that have a requirement for our services . Comfortable with working in B2B, Corporates, Industries, Hospitality, Institution's & Real Estate Sector Negotiate prices, terms, and specifications with customers. Create proposals and bids for business. Deliver sales pitch, demo, presentation and proposal to potential clients Getting along with diverse personalities easily Handling target deadlines and responsibility Possessing a sharp eye for detail Possessing superior presentation skills Speaking and writing clearly and correctly Problem-solving: Resolve client issues and challenges Ability to manage a large number of prospect situations simultaneously Positioning company products against direct and indirect competitors Goods Technical & Communication Skills
