The role is responsible for driving business growth by developing new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets across both B2B (project) and B2C (retail) segments.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop business opportunities with builders, contractors, architects, interior designers, and real estate developers.
Manage the complete project sales cycle, from lead generation to order execution and fulfilment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers across project accounts.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and provide samples to stakeholders.
Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand the distribution network.
Develop and sustain long-term relationships with existing channel partners.
Track secondary sales performance and ensure healthy inventory movement and stock liquidity.
Provide product training, promotional support, and ongoing engagement to channel partners.
Drive loyalty programs and promotional initiatives as per company guidelines.
