Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. The role involves understanding customer needs, promoting products/services, and closing sales to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities Approach potential customers and present products/services effectively Maintain strong relationships with existing clients Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Handle customer queries, objections, and follow-ups professionally Coordinate with the marketing and operations team for smooth order processing Maintain records of sales activities and customer data Collect customer feedback and share market insights with management

Requirements & Skills:

Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role Excellent communication and negotiation skills Customer-focused attitude with strong persuasion ability Ability to work independently and in a team Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office Willingness to meet targets and work in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred (any stream) Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
