We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive Mining Equipment's sales in the tribal belt region with strong market coverage, competitor pushback ability, and customer retention skill
Fresher and Experiences both can apply ?(who are interested in sales.)
Graduate / Diploma (Preferably in Mechanical or Marketing).
1-3 years of experience in Sales or heavy machinery sales.
Strong field visit experience in rural/tribal regions.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle customer objections and competitive situations.
Must be willing to travel extensively.
Key Responsibilities
Generate sales of HEMM or Liugong equipement in tribal belt areas.
Daily field visits, lead generation, and customer follow-up.
Build relationships with contractors, mining operators, and influencers in rural/tribal regions.
Handle competitor pushback by tracking competitor activities and promoting advantages.
Ensure customer retention through regular visits, issue follow-up, and coordination with service teams.
Conduct demos, negotiate deals, and close sales.
Maintain reports, market data, and sales pipeline.
