We are looking for a motivated and student-focused

Sales Executive

to guide aspiring learners toward the right IT career path. This role involves handling inquiries, counseling students, and converting leads into enrollments through ethical and consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound leads from digital ads, website, calls, and walk-ins Counsel students on suitable IT courses based on their background Clearly explain course structure, career scope, and placement support Follow up with prospective students and close enrollments Maintain accurate lead and enrollment records Coordinate with training and placement teams Meet monthly enrollment targets

Required Skills

Strong communication skills in Tamil and English Confident, patient, and persuasive personality Ability to understand student needs and guide them Goal-oriented with a positive attitude Basic computer and CRM knowledge

Eligibility

Any graduate or diploma holder 0-3 years experience in education sales, training institutes, or counseling Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome

Candidates with experience in software training institutes will be preferred
