We are looking for a Sr. Sales Executive to work in the permanent staffing business to manage candidate engagement and drive revenue by adding candidates on Bench. The role involves connecting with candidates from various sources, explaining our services, onboarding them, and generating business through adding Candidates on Bench.
Key Responsibilities:
Connect with the candidates through calls, emails, and professional networks.
Explain company services, placement process, enrollment fees and value proposition clearly to candidates.
Maintain regular communication with candidates to ensure smooth onboarding.
Collect payments/Enrollment fees from candidates as per company policies and ensure timely processing.
Supplying candidates to the marketing department as per the needs.
Track candidates' placement status and follow up until successful joining.
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, payments, and revenue generated.
Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets through candidate placements.
Skills & Qualifications:
Must have excellent English communication skill
Bachelor's degree in any field
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to build trust and rapport with candidates.
Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office, excel, Chat GPT, Email.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented mindset.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
