Job Title: Senior Sales Executive - IT Infrastructure, Mobile Apps, Software Services, Website Development & Digital Marketing

Location: Kochi

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT infrastructure, mobile applications, software services, website development, and digital marketing sectors.

Client Acquisition

: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.

Sales Strategy

: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Market Analysis

: Conduct thorough market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

Proposal Development

: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

Negotiation & Closing

: Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.

Collaboration

: Work closely with internal teams, including technical and marketing departments, to ensure seamless project delivery.

Reporting

: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports to management.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience

: Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on sales experience in IT infrastructure, mobile applications, software services, website development, and digital marketing.

Market Knowledge

: In-depth understanding of the market and its business landscape.

Communication Skills

: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.

Technical Acumen

: Strong understanding of IT solutions, digital marketing strategies, and web/mobile technologies.

Sales Skills

: Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

CRM Proficiency

: Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
