We are looking for a high-performing Sales Representative who thrives in service-based sales, understands the IT landscape, and knows how to turn conversations into long-term clients. You will own the entire sales process -- from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing deals.
You'll also earn commission and incentives on every successful project closed.
Role Overview
As a Sales Representative at ZipNom, you'll be responsible for identifying potential clients, presenting our IT services, building trust, and driving revenue growth. You'll develop creative sales strategies, conduct meetings with clients, and ensure successful deal closures.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across industries
Develop and implement effective client acquisition and outreach strategies
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
Understand client requirements and align them with ZipNom's IT service offerings
Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations and proposals
Conduct meetings, demos, and negotiations with business decision-makers
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth onboarding
Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and progress in CRM
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in service-based sales (preferably IT or SaaS)
Strong understanding of IT services, digital solutions, and tech terminology
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Confident in lead generation, proposal writing, and closing deals
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and research skills
Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and cold outreach tools
Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented personality
