Job Description

: -
Develop a deep understanding of the company's IT products/services and effectively communicate value propositions to B2C clients.

Work closely with sales and marketing teams to execute strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives.

Research and identify potential clients in target market segments.

Implement a comprehensive sales strategy to meet/exceed targets.

Conduct product demonstrations and communicate the benefits of IT solutions to clients.

Maintain accurate sales records, including client information and opportunities.

Provide feedback to internal teams on client requirements and market trends for product/service improvements.

Target based sales (80% fix & 20% Variable)

Candidate profile: -
Preferred:

2-3 years of experience

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.

Willingness to travel as per client needs and requirements.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
