We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Executive to drive revenue growth across our service verticals--IT Resourcing. This role involves prospecting, client relationship management, and closing strategic deals across sectors like IT and enterprise solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outbound outreach. Interact with OEMs and participate in product trainings.
Client Meetings: Conduct meetings (virtual/in-person) to present services and customized solutions. Engage with clients to understand their needs and propose relevant solutions.
Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and opportunity tracking, stay up to date with IT Infra trends, including both On-Premises and Cloud technologies and drive product and license sales for Cloud (AWS/Azure) and Security solutions.
Proposal Development: Prepare and present tailored proposals and quotes aligned with client needs
Negotiation & Closure: Conduct commercial discussions and close deals with decision-makers.
Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with delivery and technical teams for solutioning and execution.
Revenue Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
0 - 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in infra services, commercial interior solutions, or IT staffing.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand technical service offerings and translate them into client benefits.
Experience in using Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-starter with the ability to manage time and tasks independently.

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
