We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with 1-2 years of experience in IT or hosting solutions sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through the promotion of our hosting, mailing, domain, and related IT services.
Roles and Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities for hosting, cloud, and related solutions.
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable hosting solutions (Shared, VPS, Dedicated, Cloud, Email, etc.).
Prepare and deliver customised proposals, quotations, and presentations to prospective clients.
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
Coordinate with the technical team for solution delivery and after-sales support.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and new product developments.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Certifications in sales or cloud/hosting solutions will be an added advantage.
Key Skills & Competencies
1-2 years of proven experience in sales (preferably in hosting, cloud, IT solutions, or SaaS industry).
Basic understanding of web hosting, domains, VPS, cloud servers, and email solutions.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build long-term client relationships.
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
