Job Title: Sales Executive (IT Company)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our IT company. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our IT products and services, developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role requires a deep understanding of technology solutions and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities by researching prospects, cold calling, networking, and utilizing digital marketing tools.

- Client Acquisition: Build relationships with potential clients to understand their business needs and present appropriate IT solutions (software, hardware, cloud services, etc.).

- Sales Presentations: Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, explaining the features and benefits of the IT solutions.

- Negotiation and Closing: Manage the sales process from initial contact to contract signing, including negotiating pricing and terms to close deals successfully.

- Account Management: Maintain relationships with existing clients, offering additional solutions to meet their evolving needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Market Research: Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.

- Sales Reporting: Prepare and present sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and activity tracking on a regular basis to management.

- Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery and post-sales support.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the IT industry.

- Strong understanding of IT products, software, and services.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.

- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

- Achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

- Number of new accounts acquired.

- Client retention rate.

- Revenue growth per account.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with SaaS, cloud solutions, or IT infrastructure sales.

- Ability to adapt to changing technology trends and client needs.

- Strong network of contacts in the IT industry.
