Sales Executive - International Tours



Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and results-driven

Sales Executive

to promote and sell international group tour packages. The ideal candidate should have a passion for travel, destination knowledge, and the ability to meet sales targets through effective customer interaction and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:



Sell fixed international group tour packages offered by the company

Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and walk-ins

Provide complete information about destinations, itineraries, and package inclusions

Follow up on leads and convert them into confirmed bookings

Ensure a smooth sales process and high customer satisfaction

Maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals

Stay informed about international travel trends and tour offerings

Meet assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets

Candidate Requirements:



Bachelor's degree or Postgraduate qualification in Travel & Tourism / Hospitality or Minimum 1-3 years of experience in selling international tour packages

Good knowledge of major international tourist destinations

Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills

Sales-driven mindset with a proven track record

Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools

Positive, energetic, and customer-focused personality
