About the Role:

We are seeking a

driven and result-oriented Sales Executive

with at least

1 year of experience in international staffing sales

, specifically in the

UK and US markets

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for

developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships

, and

expanding our international recruitment presence

.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, prospect, and onboard

new clients

in the

UK and US staffing markets

. Promote

recruitment and staffing services

to healthcare, IT, and other professional sectors. Build and maintain strong

client relationships

through regular communication and follow-ups. Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal recruitment teams to

ensure timely delivery

. Prepare and present

proposals, quotations, and business pitches

. Stay updated with

market trends, pricing models, and competitor activities

. Maintain and update

CRM records

and sales reports.

Skills & Requirements:

Minimum

1 year of experience

in

international staffing or recruitment sales

(UK/US market preferred). Strong understanding of

B2B sales and client acquisition strategies

. Excellent

verbal and written communication

skills. Proven ability to

generate leads, close deals, and build long-term client partnerships

. Good understanding of

staffing operations, candidate sourcing, and recruitment processes

. Proficiency in

CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Microsoft Office Suite

.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
