Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Prospecting & Lead Generation:

Identifying new business opportunities through networking, cold calls, emails, and attending industry events and exhibitions to find potential customers.

Sales Presentations & Demonstrations:

Presenting and demonstrating products or services to prospective clients, highlighting their value proposition to meet customer needs.

Relationship Building:

Establishing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Sales Negotiation & Closing:

Negotiating contracts, pricing, and package details to close sales and achieve sales goals.

Pipeline Management:

Managing the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring leads are followed up on and progress through the sales cycle.

Sales Reporting & Analysis:

Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in a CRM system, and generating reports to track progress and performance against targets.

Customer Support & Satisfaction:

Providing post-sales support, handling customer inquiries, and addressing issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Market Awareness:

Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to maintain a competitive edge and identify new avenues for growth.

Target Achievement:

Working towards and meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
