Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated fresher's to join our dynamic Sales team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets through effective communication and consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities:



? Identify and approach potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
? Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
? Present company offerings to prospective clients through meetings, presentations, or calls.
? Follow up on leads and maintain an active pipeline using CRM tools.
? Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
? Maintain good post-sales relationships and provide after-sales support if needed.
? Submit regular reports on market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



? Bachelor's degree (BBA/B.Com/BA/B.Sc) or Master's degree (MBA/PGDM) - 2024 - 2025 batch preferred.
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
? Passion for sales and customer interaction.
? Self-driven with a positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
? Basic understanding of MS Office and digital tools.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹7,000.00 per month
