This is an internship, on-site role for a Sales Executive at CDPL. The Intern will be responsible for communication, customer service, customer support and sales related to software training programs.
Responsibilities:
Identify and contact potential customers through cold calling and lead generation.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product/service offerings.
Provide professional communication, administrative, and technical support to sales managers, sales teams, and customers
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the company's CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team and management to improve sales strategies.
