Compensation:

?10,000/month (Base Salary)

Highly attractive, uncapped incentives

for every successful deal closed

Probation:

15 days or until your first deal is successfully closed

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

Identify and reach out to potential B2B/B2C clients through calls, emails, and social platforms.

Sales Presentation:

Promote and present Codestam's products and services, including custom software, mobile apps, and AI automation tools.

Deal Closure:

Negotiate and close sales deals to consistently achieve and exceed targets.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain long-term, profitable relationships with clients.

Market Insights:

Provide feedback to the team on trends and client requirements to help shape our offerings.
